Since I've seen another post accepting people lacking empathy, sympathy, compassion, and care but still bring up how morals are what's important again; I'm adding some other traits to the "those traits don't make this person evil" list.
No, someone not having morals doesn't mean they will suddenly do what most people consider "immoral" or crimes, most criminals and "mean" people still have morals from what I've seen. And not being prosocial or simply not being kind don't make a person "awful" either.
People really need to stop having a "You're not kind/caring/sympathetic/etc? Then you must be the opposite and hurt others!!" mindset. No. It's not because someone lack one, multiple or all those traits that they will go out of their way to hurt others.
