Look, we know that Marlen Reusser (Movistar) can win against the clock. It surprised no one that she won the final stage of the Vuelta a Burgos. (Juliette Labous's second-place finish was super impressive, we have to shout that out.)
But Reusser had the Burgos victory all but locked up before she ever got on the TT bike, because she isn't just winning on ITTs, she's winning on mountaintops.
Honestly, Reusser's emergence as a serious GC contender is one of THE stories of the season. If Demi Vollering (FDJ-Suez) isn't showing up to a race, Reusser is probably the odds-on favorite now. Not AvdB, not Kasia Niewiadoma, not Lotte Kopecky, nor the names we might have guessed at the end of last season. Reusser is good enough that she's a serious contender for the Giro or the Tour, and depending on the course, she could top Vollering on a good day. And we think it's awesome, the competition in stage racing is way more exciting this season.
No entendía porqué llevaba semanas con problemas de conexión en el foro en mi casa, cuando en el trabajo va todo como la seda. Ahora sí... Éste es el puto motivo. ¿Me estás jodiendo? ¿Me están capando el acceso a FA por el puto fútbol de los huevos?😡¡Te reviento la mamona, cabrón! Qué puto asco 😑
