Is Anita Benn and Mrs. Flood the same character? That's the theory going around since Anita's surname is Benn and the premise of the time hotel is basically the same as that of Mr Benn. It could explain all those stickers on Mrs Flood's suitcase and her interest in the Doctor.

It occurred to me that this bloke was my go-to example of “character who doesn’t need to put clothes on because they just materialise on him” and I thought it was funny to compare my ofmd blorbo to him because first rule of comedy be specific and all that. But then it occurred to me that I have no idea how well this British cartoon character from the 1970’s who even I only know about via my parents has survived in the public consciousness.
