hey all, i’m back from my grave with some art for a non-game i got sucked into

After watching Markiplier play this game, playing the game myself, and then looking up fanart, I have decided to do fanart for There Is No Game: Wrong Dimension. (Or well, should I say this NON-game. Because - as the title says - it’s not a game.) 

So, here is my humanized design for Mr. Game, the narrator and main character of the non-game. I based him partially off of how I think he’d look based on his voice (while also ignoring what his actual voice actor looks like), and I was also heavily inspired by the design by @starbeamcarrier (I just really love their design with his hair and the coat!) 

Mr. Game is funny, cheats at games when he thinks he could lose, is stubborn and impatient, and he’s pretty goofy at times. He’s also lonely, distrustful of his creator, and needs a lot of hugs. It’s great to see his character change and develop throughout the game, and see his relationship with the User change, and I just really love this game! Which is why I finally got the motivation to sit down and draw something outside of school assignments. I really hope this streak of motivation sticks around so I can not only draw the other characters, but also draw the many other drawing ideas that I have in my head. Fingers crossed that my motivation stays and that the last few weeks of classes aren’t too insane!

Hey everyone in Mr. Game’s class I know that this is a stressful time for everyone but we can’t be acting like this… do you want administration after us? They’re gonna block this site on the school wifi again. We don’t have all the details yet and there’s a lot of rumors going around I think we should all relax until we know what’s going on. You know who you are.
