Alright y'all so storytime. Read a lot of Captain Underpants as a kid, and when i was around 7, was in my parents' room while they having a serious conversation. One them said 'misdemeanor' and my dumbass jutted in and said "Mr. Meaner?? From Captain Underpants!!??" Dude, the look they gave me. Mom got mad and yelled at me, was so confused why because for all i knew, 'misdemeanor' was a Captain Underpants character. Wasn't until YEARS later i found out what misdemeanor actually meant and realized his name a play on that word. Eek.

Giving some silly info on sammy 'Sam' arttye's relationship with the teachers

The teachers respect him and care for him, so he respects and cares for them. So after school it takes a bit for turbo to walk there to pick him up, so Rected or Meaner (and Ree) usually stick with him until his dad come's to pick him up

Egg Casserole: My OTP frrrr!!! Brooding Boy x Gentle Girl my beloved <333 I genuinely think Edith could fix him, just give him some love, affection, and maybe a day away from George and Harold and all will be fine. (Also headcanon that she finds out about Captain Underpants, and HE finds out about her being an alien, and so they’re both even MORE awkward around eachother besides the typical “will they/won’t they” and it’s so wholesome and hilarious and I wanna eat them /pos) 10000/10

Gerold: Both platonically AND romantically because they work so well. They absolutely are the type of kids to run around shooting eachother with waterguns at the public pool, sit in the same tent with a little flashlight between them and exchange ghost stories, and just other sweet little moments that are wholesome to look back on as both longtime friends AND friends-turned-lovers. 15/10

Stage Floof/Written Symphony: A little biased since they are canon, but I do see how there can be chemistry between them. Like, George writes stories that Lisa adapts into songs, and vice versa. And Billy and Harold canonically met in an IMPROV CLASS so they were basically written in the stars. Plus, they all had kids so things definitely worked out. 20/10

Gymprincipal: Krupp x Mr Meaner, I can’t really get behind. Like, they don’t really have much in common besides hating kids, but they don’t have much else besides that. And Krupp would probably get tired of Mr. Meaner rambling about the chupacabra for the gazillionth time PRETTY quickly… NOW, CAPTAIN UNDERPANTS X SERGENT BOXERS ON THE OTHER HAND!! THAT’S a dynamic! 4/10 for Krupp x Meaner 10/10 for Cap x Serg

Artisticgymnast: I know the only tension they have is that one special but fuck it, this is Beta Couple Egg Casserole to me. Harold needs a dad, and if that dad is the loud teacher with a speech impediment, boring stories, and conspiracy theories so be it. Plus, I can see a genuinely good dynamic here. 10/10

Silentgym: Tbh I headcanon Mr Fyde as AroAce so I can’t really see him with ANYONE personally, but I can see the appeal here. Mr Meaner would tell him boring stories which would always calm him down and keep him grounded in reality. 6/10

Kruppants (as in Krupp x Poopypants, not Krupp x Captain Underpants): YES! YES YES YES YES YEEEESSSSSSS!!! They’d probably have the classic “in love with the secret identity, hates the hero form” dynamic. Like, in an au where Poopypants kept up his act and only did his villain shit behind the scenes, there would be constant back and forth of him and Krupp being work husbands that grab a beer after hours, and then the next thing you know, Poopypants is inventing an evil fart ray or some shit and Captain Underpants has to stop him!! It’s SOOOO GOOD!!! 10000/10

Melvin x Erica: A little iffy about this one. I do think Erica could definitely do better, but I also think Melvin definitely deserves a genuinely smart, talented person to help him channel his intelligence in an actually productive manner. 7/10

Ms Ribble x Ms Anthrope: I only found out about this ship recently but YEEEEEEESSSSSSSS!!!!! Old woman yuri my beloved, like I know damn well my girl only wanted to plan the wedding cause she been saving up wedding plans for HER wedding with Ms Ribble and she had to let them out SOMEWHERE! Also honorable mention to divorced Krupp x Ribble because it’s funny. 10/10

Kipper x All Three of His Friends: They’re always around eachother, they do the same stuff, have the same interests, and they basically follow his every word. They’re all gonna grow up to be the most toxic polycule ever I just know it!

Jessica x BOTH Sophies: Considering Other Sophie doesn’t really seem to mind or complain about Jessica’s treatment of her, I like to think that this is just their dynamic and there’s no harm involved, really.

Dressy x Bo: She’s a carefree girl who loves to dance and sing, he’s a gentle giant who makes clay figures and plays banjo. Can I make it any more obvious?
