I wonder if it was made on purpose referencing Being Human or it was just for the laughs and to show what type of character Book is. Everything in his life is literally Dog, job, wife and now also Jack (just Jack).

A bunch of headcanons/lore of these Mr Men characters:

1.) Mr Snow is a magical snowman who entertains children and adults during the winter from December until March. He's known to be Santa Claus' vice manager on making sure the elves make the proper gifts to everyone.

2.) Mr Perfect is a role model from York. He's one of the most popular role models next to Little Miss Splendid and Little Miss Fabulous. He has a huge crush on Little Miss Splendid since he met her during the fashion shows.

3.) Mr Tickle is a street performer and circus performer originally from Connecticut. His street performance was so popular that he was now hired to be one of Mr Funny's "Odd Circus" people. His special ability is to stretch his arms wider than ever. He got the Guinness World Record for having the longest arms in the world.
