He started talking about the horrific contents of season 4 AGWMS, but in spooky secret code oooooooh. Not even he knows what he’s talking about. The Twisted City is where they are going. The nesting place of a spider and an axe-swinging tyrant.)
Jonathan Sims finding “Miss Spider’s Tea Party” and not being scared of it but rather being *more* angry at Jurgen Leitner.
Like he sees this perfectly harmless children’s book and assumes Leitner made “ A Guest for Mr. Spider” as a sick joke to intentionally harm children that liked a perfectly normal children’s series.
I decided to dive into the reason why I'm so afraid of spiders and when I saw the original Rusty Quill merch for Mr. Spider I got reminded of the first time I got scared by spiders.
So buckle up because I think I'm somehow a Jonathan Sims variant
Well I was like 5 or 6 at the time and I was visiting my grandparents in the country, and was returning home. Usually the door is open in there but that day for some reason it was closed and even locked so I had to ring the bell for the first time ever. And I think it didn't get used for years because that shit was covered in spider webs. My 50cm tiny ass couldn't see that from down there while I was using all my willpower to reach it. When I finally rang the bell, I also touched a big daddy long legs and like I think that was the first time I've ever seen a spider because I live in the city where spiders aren't so common at all. So my introduction to these fuckers was me pushing onto and possibly killing one of those. And they opened the door immediately afterwards, before I could completely lose my shit thank god. AND TELL ME WHY there's another, bigger daddy long legs right in the middle of the entry, probably looking at me with its million eyes like saying "I know what you did." Naturally I scream and my relative kills it instantly. After that, I scream and shut down whenever I see a spider without even remembering this memory and can't even stand to hear the word spider
So yeah my ass got marked by the web as a child and now I'm studying literature, getting another degree to be able to work in archives. Definitely not going to accidentally end the world.
