The Midwest Rainbow Research Institute will be a nonprofit LGBT+ organization aimed at gathering research and doing policy study in order to bring more hard evidence that can be used towards improving LGBT+ people's rights and protections within the Midwest US (and hopefully further abroad)

It's being started by my buddy Inoru (known them since highschool). Inoru is a nonbinary Kansas City Native who received their Bachelor’s in East Asian Languages and Cultures and International Policy and a Master’s in Public Affairs and Administration from the University of Kansas. The emphasis of their studies and research focused on LGBTQ+ related issues and policy. Their published research in academic journals on LGBTQ+ issues has taken them to multiple national conferences teaching various governments, nonprofits, and working professionals about the issues that affect the LGBTQ+ community. They have served the Kansas City Metropolitan Area LGBTQ+ community through their policy work with local cities and counties in an advisory role.

Got suggestions for other awesome blogs/writers of pornlets (preferably with pictures)? I love yours! But tbh, I've read through a lot of them so many times now, and while they're still awesome and drool-worthy, I'm looking for some more?

To be honest, I don’t actually read a lot of smut (of any length) anymore. When I sit down to write I end up feeling as if I’ve stolen someone’s idea or I’m duplicating their scenario/scene, or...I understand, of course, that one of the joys of fandom is the fact that you can read the same thing -- same meeting, same first time, same breakup, same makeup -- over and over again! But! I tend to end up not wanting to write when I read a lot because of that lingering I’m just doing what they did feeling.So... I might not be able to give you any tips, but I’m hopeful that there are others reading this who can.So, everyone, where else do you get your pornlet fixes?

Hi! So I was just wondering about something. I’ve been in and out of hospitals for a little over 7 years, and most of the time (if not every time) I need to get an IV. Sadly, I usually have incredibly difficult veins. They roll, and more often than not they need to call up an anaesthetist. Now, I’ve started mentioning it to whichever nurse who tries first that I tend to have difficult veins. Should I stop doing that? Does it get annoying, or make it more difficult for the nurse? I know I’ll end up in the hospital again sometime in the future, and I don’t want to make the nurses’ job more difficult than it already is.

I’m so sorry, it’s probably been too long, I just somehow got no notification about submission. Anyway, yes, I think it would be best if you stopped doing that.

It doesn’t make the job more difficult, but it can make a nurse, particularly a newbie, unnecessarily nervous. And it’s not annoying, but it can be, if you hear it tenth time ina row.

Believe me, every nurse can assess the difficulty of the stick, it’s what we do on a daily (if not hourly) basis.
