Day 14 - A letter to your favourite teacher/professor
Dear Mrs. Weaver,
I feel like...you helped me a lot. I met you when I was in seventh grade, on the first day of school, in first hour. I knew I'd love you the instant I saw you. You were an older woman, but you were so full of life and energy, and it was just so nice to see. I let you read my dumb fanfiction and you gave me the greatest encouragement and love, and I just...I don't even know. I loved seeing you get excited over the smallest things, and how you were just so happy all of the time. You made me want to be a language arts teacher, so I could make kids as happy as you made me.
I feel terrible that I haven't seen you in years. I don't know how to approach you. I feel as if you hadn't moved from the junior high to Sandy Hill, maybe that would've been easier.
I still love you though, so so much.
Love, Jessi.
