Haha, what? What do you mean? Like, British spellings? I'm Canadian and specifically Canadian spellings are sort of a mix of British and American, but when I'm writing fanfic set in Britain, I do absolutely aim to keep my spellings, punctuation, and general word choices more British. I'm not a fascist about it; I'm Canadian and I don't think it's morally reprehensible to write in my own style if I feel compelled to do so (as the vast majority of American writers in the fandom do, say), but yeah - I do make that effort! I even switch back and forth in comments if I know the commenter's country of background. :)

Thank you, dear! Ugh, yes, the shelves! I remember back in 2011 I got home to find my baking dish on the floor halfway across the room from where it was stacked on the kitchen shelf. Jeez.

I'm sure (I hope) this is nothing. Japan is so lovely now as autumn nears. I hope you will enjoy your trip here!

Johnlock, naturally. I read the first chapter (of the fic) and my impression is (surmising, shortly here) the flow is a wee bit choppy I find - it hasn't found its natural pace yet. That said, the concept is quite nice yes. 🐸

yeah, I wrote the first chapter months ago and have just been updating rather than refining, so that may be true. I also write purposefully with a lot of fragments, so that may be part as well. depends. thanks for reading though uwu
