With the whole Lackadaisy and Glitch Presents thing at Glitch Direct, think you'd form a Partnership with Glitch like the Lackadaisy guys did?

Honestly? Most likely not.

I no longer have the confidence, nor the energy to put into Lumi like I once did. I’m sure things will change once I figure out what exactly I want to do right now— but I think it’s best if I shelve Lumi for now and try to do something else for a while.

To finish my artfight streak, I drew one of my favorite characters by @mrwyx, Darknessa the dark sorceress! She has a very striking design with all these cool shapes, so I wanted to draw her doing a cool pose :D

I got lots of cute robots. Let's start with a pair of Robot Magical Girls.

This is Kasey and Belle.

You DEFINITELY have a LOT of cute robots :0! Decided on drawing Kasey, her noodl-y limbs seemed the most fun for posing and expression! With effectively eight limbs, there's a lot going on and I hope you explore that xD

I honestly don't know a ton about magical girls, surprisingly enough, but I'd definitely look forward to seeing an over the top magical girl transformation if it'll be as glowy as she is c:

What do you imagine a robot goddess being like?

it's old art, but I actually have a few characters like that in my original setting:

Iron Rose, Brimstone, and Zephyr are essentially demigoddesses- robots that are technically human-built, at least at one point, but hold so much power following certain events that they're now almost unrecognizable as such. For the most part they're more background than anything, but they are believed to grant their most emphasized aspects (wisdom, resources, and chaos respectively) to those who follow them. For example, my character Gray is a follower of Iron Rose and believes that that bolsters her fighting/strategic skill.

It's sort of in the "science so advanced that it's only explainable as magic in human terms" mixed with a fair bit of genuine belief zone.

When was the last time you drew Frankie, and what motivated you to redesign her?

damn i don't think i've drawn her in a while...she's still an important character in pyxis's story though, so she'll pop up when i start working on that again.

as for design, she started as a ratchet & clank fan character-

but i kind of wanted to try designing less obviously humanoid robots when i started writing her. i also wanted her to match vigil, i liked the idea of both of them being the same type of warbot, but over time developing their own personalities, form of expression, and seeing how they changed in different environments. i think its fun having a several hundred year old robot decide to be a cartoonish pirate XD

Going by what little we know about Sister Sercy, what do you think her personality is like?

Hey there! I have some origin headcanon about Sister Sercy (I actually just posted a reblog of one of your posts a short while ago, before I saw your message) but tbh before now I haven’t given much thought to her personality.

I assume she’s kind, and I have reason to believe she gets passionate about things of importance to her. I think she is charismatic, but also quite shy. She is probably a trauma survivor. I imagine she relishes the liberating camaraderie of the Blue Lantern Corps, and is at least a little curious about the Star Sapphires.

Enjoying MLP Season 9? Sad to see it go?

I’ve only watched the premier episodes, i’m waiting for the final episode to binge the entire thing

i am sad to see it go, that’s why im dragging my feet on watching season 9 but at the same time, i’m happy that it’s getting an endingi always kind of feared it going on into double digit seasons and losing it’s flair but even now it’s still such a lively show with new ideas and characters all the time... i sometimes wonder if it would have survived going longer

though, i think mlp would really benefit with a new reboot, something that’s more prepared to tackle modern concerns and a chance at building a better toy line

still gonna cry all thru season 9 tho haha

You think TOM 6 be a Fusion? Just thinking about Reckless' Theory. Possibly with my own twists. Like TOM 5 could get damaged and killed, and the TOM AI gets downloaded into TOM Simpson, and 2 AIs would probably be too much for one TOMski's Brain. So, they's have to tinker with the TOM body and modify Homer into a whole new TOM 6 Body. What do you think? Am I going nuts?

I was thinking TOM Jr would Fuse with TOM whole the other Yellow TOMs gain sentience and take over for the Clyde's. I wasn't thinking about a Hive mind or anything.

You think they'll go back and save him, rebuild and upgrade him into TOM 6? And how many weeks until TOM 6? 1 or 2?

I agree on the other Yellow TOMs replacing the Clydes.

And Did I already ask how sad you feel about Swarm no longer being Toonami Canon? Do you hope somehow, someway, RUBY can become canon again?

TOM 6 being a fusion would make sense depending on how this goes. My thought was a hive mind, but I could also see using the parts of other TOMs to rebuild TOM 5. Or TOM 5 is abandoned and gets rebuilt--and bitter--that he was left behind (think Obito in Naruto mixed with Intruder II). Or Piccolo and Nail fusing.

I think TOM 6 will be whenever The Forge is scheduled to end.

I’m annoyed how Toonami makes these deep-cuts all the way back to the Moltar era and the first Intruder arc, while the other content from online like Swarm and RUBY are excluded. There’s a lot to pull from for the sake of Easter eggs, at least.

As an aside, I have no idea what they are even doing with the continuity anymore. There shouldn’t be a Yellow TOM that looks just like TOM 5, right? Any mass-produced TOM would look like TOM 1, so I don’t get this potential retcon. I’m sure there is a way to explain it away--but by this point in “The Forge,” it feels like continuity regarding TOM’s look is thrown out the window.
