A 29-years-old girl that loves xiaolin showdown/chronicles, lupin III, total drama, grojband, lolirock and many other things --- Unfortunately I don't accept requests anymore because various tasks don't allow me
Following last year’s tradition, I made my own prediction for the Hirogaru Sky Precure team! Since there are wings and a pen in the logo I thought of letters, and what bird is historically known for carrying messages? Pigeons! So the main themes for these two mailgirls are Paper & Pen and pigeons: the pink cure is based on fancy pigeons and the blue cure on city pigeons. After using the background from the official website I tried making one of my own! Yes I know about the leaked names but I didn’t really consider them a lot while making these, they need some names of their own XD

Image Description: Two magical girls, standing with open arms and holding a yellow envelope with one hand each, they’re similing and looking at the camera, against a gradient blue, pink and yellow cloudy background. The one on the left wears various shades of pink and lilac with yellow accents, and her hair is shaped like wings, with a ponytail on top that looks like feathers, and curled bangs. The one on the right wears several shades of blue, cool purple and teal with yellow accents, her hair fades from white to teal and is gathered in two knee lenght braids, whose ends are shaped like fountain pen nibs. Both girls wear a vest with tails that look like feathers, leg warmers and loose sleeves, with several feather shapes recurring in skirts and sleeves. They both have a yellow sparkle on their chest and yellow sparkles in their eyes.
I had the honor to draw a piece for the Five of a Kind Zine! A very fun experience, I got to recreate once more an illustration that is dear to me <3 Thank you all for being such cool fellas to hang out with and create together! @fiveofakindzine
You can see the piece and read my artist statement on the fanzine's website on Neocities!
Every single time we meet someone who knew Kyo back in his Five Star days they literally always are like "Kyo you were literally the coolest guy back then, then you started getting a 'conscience' and 'morals' and became lame." while also being at minimum lowkey obsessed with him. Meanwhile the one time we actually saw Kyo in the past he was like. a little serial killer who only joined up because the government was like "Hey there little guy, we'll pay you extra if you join the elite squad" and he responded with "Ok but I am literally 11 and do not care about money, I only want to Kill."
And like, Kyo is 22 at the start of Beatbreak and he basically adopted Reina a few years before that. Imagine having like a cringe edgy teenager phase you're kinda embarrassed about, but instead of people saying you were cringe back then literally everyone who knew you that meets you in the present is like "Alas, if only you were still cringe."
I realized that after adding him on Artfight I still hadn't posted him here XD This is Dante! He transforms with a wrist watch that allows him to create light constructs and he works for the Agency (rival organization to the Archive that rents and sells magic items instead of lending them). He's experimental, a bit theatrical and occasionally petty, but he is a good teammate to Scarlet Lily, with which he tends to work often as they balance each other out.
Take a guess who was the main inspiration for him XD
Equinox Systems is humanity’s last hope against the otherworldly Reinscourge: parasitic insect creatures that feed on negative emotion and twist human hosts into monstrous forms called Reinshades. The generals of the Reinscourge army are the Bitlords.
Harness is the Rider division within Equinox. They fuse human and Reinscourge DNA, and harness the power of the Free Rein - extradimensional beings of freedom that manifest in this world as sentient motorcycles, and can communicate with their Riders through dreams. The Reinscourge seek to consume both humanity and the Free Rein.
The story begins with Kamen Rider Halcyon (Hoshizora Sōma), a reckless idealist who bonds with the escaped Free Rein Sunchaser and steals a prototype Driver from Equinox. His adopted older sister Lysia works as a researcher in Harness; while Tabane Reiji (Ray Taban) is employed as Kamen Rider Bridle. At the start of the story, Bridle is already bonded to the Free Rein Gravesteed. In the background is Kanzaki Ren, another enforcer employed by Equinox.
Bridle is sent by Equinox to retrieve Halcyon and Sunchaser. He is at first is hesitant to accept Halycon as a Rider, but after Halycon proves himself in battle the two go to confront a terrorizing Reinscourge. Unknown to Bridle, Equinox disables Halcyon’s armor mid-fight, causing his death when Bridle’s final blow lands. Wracked with guilt but unwilling to show it, Bridle buries himself in duty, as Equinox’s loyal “beast of burden.”
Not long after, a new Rider appears! From a devastated future arrives Kamen Rider Prism (Hoshizora Aria) - the daughter of Reiji and Lysia, half-human and half-Reinscourge. Her world has fallen to the Reinscourge, and she travels back in time to prevent that fate and save her father who became a monster. She is distrustful of Equinox Systems, avoiding them while seeking to work with Kamen Rider Bridle and later, Kamen Rider Daydream. While Reiji accepts Aria as his daughter quickly (despite his protests otherwise), Lysia is more hesitant, however she does at least open her home to Aria. When Aria is not fighting Reinscourge she sneaks into the local school to experience the joyful high school life she missed out on.
Lysia is a unique Reinscourge capable of human form. She hopes to achieve peace between her kind, the Free Rein, and humanity. But following Halcyon's death, Lysia's grief and frustrations boil over and she fashions a Driver for herself, becoming Kamen Rider Daydream. At first antagonistic towards Bridle, Daydream eventually works with him as well as Prism.
The Riders unite to confront four ruling Bitlords — the gluttonous Vermis, the prideful Chitinox, the calculating Terminarch, and later the mysterious Noctyra. All the while, Equinox’s secrets begin to unravel. The Riders learn that the Reinscourge were once a natural species, weaponized by an ancient civilization whose technology Equinox has rediscovered and repurposed. They also learn of dark experiments done on captured Reinscourge and Free Rein. Lysia eventually uncovers that it is Equinox that disabled her brother's suit, resulting in his death, rather than Bridle who killed him directly. The final revelation is the most terrifying: Equinox uses Sōma's corpse to create Kamen Rider Dullahan, an artificial undead Rider under their control.
Kamen Rider Lash (Kanzaki Ren) stands as Bridle's mirror: a ruthless enforcer who never questions his orders. When Bridle gets too disobedient, he is decommissioned and replaced by Lash. After a confrontation in the depths of Equinox, Lash casts Bridle down into the deepest and most secret lab. There, Reiji discovers that Lysia, from the future, has been imprisoned in the Equinox lab to be used as the source of the Rider technology. Bridle frees her, and shortly after the Bitlord Noctyra, future-Lysia in disguise, appears to take revenge on Equinox and humanity. To fight she transforms into Kamen Rider Nightmare. Her goal is simple: to achieve vengeance for her mistreatment by plunging humanity into eternal nightmare, cutting them off from the Free Rein and any hope of stopping the Reinscourge
In the final arc, the surviving Riders must face both Equinox and the Reinscourge as they make the ultimate bids for dominion. Bitlord Terminarch infiltrates Equinox’s leadership. Lash and Dullahan pursue Bridle, who goes on the run along with Prism and Daydream. Noctyra/Nightmare reveals her true identity as Lysia from the future. Using ancient technology, Equinox opens a passage to the Free Rein dimension: called the Liminal Verge by the Free Rein, and Zone L-0 by Equinox.
Despite their conflicting philosophies, it is Prism and Daydream that reach Nightmare's heart in a climactic battle, though when the dust clears all that remains is Nightmare's helmet - her ultimate fate is left unclear.
Bridle defeats Lash in battle, and Dullahan regains enough of his senses to help Bridle and Prism journey to the Liminal Verge to help close the passage. There Bridle and Gravesteed remain behind to ensure Prism may return home, and to continue to fight the Reinscourge. Lighthoof abandons Prism to remain in the Liminal Verge. Prism is almost consumed by despair and hopelessness, crying out for her parents. But the hope in her heart is stronger than her despair! Prism returns home alone to the human world, before stepping over the threshold she resolves to save her dad as she had originally pledged to.
But the world is not as she left it: Aria returns to a new timeline where her uncle Sōma lives as Kamen Rider Halcyon, working for Equinox and fighting Reinscourge. Aria lives with her mother Lysia as a normal high school girl. It is believed that Aria is the product of Reinscourge parthenogenesis, but unknown to Aria and Lysia there is about 5% of her DNA that cannot be accounted for. Aria has no memory of Kamen Rider Bridle or her time as Prism.
Or so it seems at first. One day she has a glimpse of a familiar memory, her reflection wearing a Kamen Rider helmet, and knows in her heart something is missing.
In the subsequent movie...
The Free Rein are not the only ones that have fourth-dimensional senses, to a lesser degree the Reinscourge do as well, allowing them to see through time and space to multiple realities. Thanks to her Reinscourge blood, Aria's time as Prism starts to influence her even if that timeline is erased. Aria has more and more visions of the original timeline until she can no longer ignore them. Aria goes to her friend Rika for guidance, and Rika urges her to restore her memories before the fragments consume her. Aria hesitates, because in those visions she does not see Sōma as she knows him.
But it is the carefree and selfless Sōma who encourages Aria to follow her heart, no matter what happens he and Lysia will support her. Aria resolves to restore the timeline and save everyone, as she had always pledged was her mission.
Aria's visions and dreams, and a familiar voice in her head, bring her to the site of her faithful last battle as Prism. There she re-acquires her Rider belt, and after weighing the potential consequences, finally transforms into Kamen Rider Prism once more, restoring her memories of the original timeline. Meanwhile, Equinox opens the passage to the Liminal Verge as they did before, unleashing a powerful Reinscourge threat onto the world, but also some familiar faces.
Prism reunites with Lighthoof (who insists her tough love at their parting was all part of the plan), and together with Kamen Rider Halcyon they fight Reinscourge. Lysia helps Halcyon and Prism infiltrate Equinox to learn their plans, in the process she re-acquires her own belt and is restored as Kamen Rider Daydream. But her alternate self, Kamen Rider Nightmare, also appears briefly. The Riders make their way to the passage to the Liminal Verge, intent on closing it.
The battle begins to turn against the Riders when suddenly from the distance, through the dust, appears Kamen Rider Bridle and Gravesteed! Bridle remains in his suit, as his time in the Liminal Verge has erased most of his human features. Nonetheless, Prism and Daydream are happy to see him, while Halcyon has a vision of his death at Bridle's hands.
The Riders fight the Reinscourge as much as they can, but they still have to stop Equinox and close the way to the Liminal Verge. The Riders face off against Kamen Rider Lash, who tries to bar the way to the Liminal Verge. They enter to find a time-warped Kamen Rider Dullahan, as well as Equinox-controlled Reinscourge and Free Rein: all led by Equinox's Director, whose ambition has twisted him into a Bitlord. The battle once again begins to turn against the Riders when suddenly, Kamen Rider Nightmare appears! And by her side is another more monstrous Bridle, from that original ruined future. At first the Riders fear Nightmare and future Bridle will side against them, but instead they help to defeat Equinox's forces.
Each Rider save for Prism has a double, and together they ride and perform their most important trick. Fueled by the love of her family, by everyone's bravery, and most of all her own stubborn hope, Kamen Rider Prism harnesses the ultimate power of the Free Rein to converge the timelines into one.
In this new timeline, Aria is raised by her parents Lysia and Reiji. Sōma visits often. The Reinscourge are no longer a threat, most live peacefully alongside humanity or have returned to their world. In the event they are needed, the Riders are called to fight by Harness, now led by Ren. All the Riders carry the memories of the other erased timelines, of their other selves. They are not quite who they were before, with scars and echoes of regret, but even so head into the future happily.
if we consider what happened between season 7 and season 8 of Ninjago, I don't think Is too far fetched to think that maybe every event that happened before season 8 varied a bit from the original version. So maybe what happened in Skybound wasnt as traumatizing as before, and the ninja actually know something more about the realm. From what we saw Cyrus has a golden statue of a Djinn inside his tower and then Nya and Jay didn't look exactly traumatized when the police officer talked about a pirate genie. They winked and smiled.
Remember the time it was so hot in halifax that the lampposts melted because I completely forgot to post about it when I was actually in halifax so here it is 2 weeks late
