MS 150 August 2017

Hey everyone! During the first weekend of August I'm doing a fundraising bike ride called the MS150 to help raise money to fight Multiple Sclerosis and I need at least a $250 minimum. If I were to post the link to my page would anyone be willing to donate? Any amount no matter how small helps and I would be grateful to everyone who donates. This is something very close to my heart since I lost my mom back in 2004 to multiple sclerosis.

The 2021 MS 150

After skipping 2020, the MS 150 was back on this year albiet in a dramatically different format. The most significant change was that it was not a 150 mile route from Proctor, MN to White Bear Lake, MN. Instead it was a 75 mile loop starting and ending in Blaine, MN. Wanted to test out my new riding shoes today. Was not expecting to ride from rocky river all the way to Cleveland heights but the unplanned rides are almost always the best. The only downside was the amount of traffic lights!!!!
