Stupid Health care problems

So this is just wrong to me so I feel like venting it. I am in my final semester of school and every year I go through the same song and dance with them about my health insurance. My plan has a deductible of $7500 for a year where the school that I am going to and paying all this money to will only accept plans under $5000. So that is where the problem lies. I looked at lowering my plan for the semester but when I did the plan then does not cover the mental health requirements of how much they cover which needs to be $10000. So I went in to them today and said I want to sit down with them and work it out so I don't have to spend 5 hours on the phone with them and my health insurance to get it all straiten out. But no because I did not send the waver in yet they will not even look at it. Ok that I can see as fair enough but I asked if they could just pull up my stuff from last semester and just transfer that over and use it . 

Nope so now I have submitted it and now I wait until I get the email that says " you'er health insurance has been rejected".

They say that they do this so that I as a student do not pay so much out of pocket for my health care but now they are trying to charge me $900 for five mounts of health care where I will still be paying for mine any way. SO yah that is just my little vent what do you guys think I should Do?
