Turning this Shell into a Desert Tiny Home   // Sims 4 Speed Build by MsGryphi 

MsGryphi (Gryphi on the gallery) loves making tiny homes, and she sometimes does “Squish Tours”, where she’ll browse through tiny homes on the gallery. I’ve gotten some neat ideas from other tour videos. People get very creative with clutter and debug objects.

This house is part of her recent shell challenge: can’t change the exterior walls, but you can do whatever inside. I participated and shared it on the gallery on Thursday (the 18th), though I forgot to take screenshots. Thus, I’m posting the video to help remind me later. Mine’s so pink and juvenile compared to hers, haha.

I adore this cute apartment by MsGryphi. I finally added the platforms back into it as best I could remember. I think it turned out pretty cute.

I added MsGryphi’s Anime Apartment and found a cute Anime Girl and a kitty on the Gallery to live here. She naps with her kitty. I still need to go back in an put in the platforms, but it was too cute not a throw in a family for a picture.

Oliver and Flor hiked to the submit of Mt Komorebi. (and I didn’t take any screenshots the whole way up. Sigh.)

I added a cute house by MsGryphi at the top and they relaxed and had a meal before heading home.

Vulcanic Pools Micro Home

This micro home was built on top of a non-active vulcano that has been taken over by water, creating natural pools!

This was made as part of MsGryphi’s challenge #SquishToursMicro.

Did some building today, deciding to work on a big lot for giggles with the idea that it’s a small community of eight houses. It’ll probably be completely unplayable unless maybe using the Roommate feature, just because of how Sim AI insists on preferring *one* counter / chair / table as The Best Thing Ever regardless of where it is on the lot.

First house is very much inspired by the modern A-frame MsGryphi is working on, which doesn’t work quiiite as well in the Sims 3 but I’m actually pretty happy with how it’s going. Colors of stuff inside will change as I go, but I’m liking the grey walls and floor thing, and the outside colors are definitely set.

Second house I call the “chocolate house” due to the brown floors outside; a lot of the colors on the inside are placeholders for now (though the kitchen palette is mostly set). The roof is annoying me, but I built the house on diagonal lines, so that doesn’t help. ^^;;

Edit: The a-frame got redone on a lot by itself, so it’s generally more useful.
