In our society we are plagued with the constant need for our peers approval. The desire to constantly change with the trends. The pile of clothing and miscellaneous items that once brought us joy now lay in our closet. Here we are again constantly searching for the next big thing. When is enough, enough. At what point will we look back on all of this and realize how menial the impact of the effect that these things had on us. Will the next generation of iPhone really change your life? Will that Prada bag make you happier.. truly? Or is this another void we created to avoid the real issues of our unhappiness. Most of us don’t like ourselves, we don’t like where we are or what job we work at. Instead of fixing the problem we take our mind off of it by doom scrolling and over consuming unnecessary items online. Sit in silence, find stillness in the chaos of it all.
