as a muggle born, nahyun was fascinated by magic. even before receiving her letter she had been curious in her endeavors to try things beyond her capability simply because she grew up without knowing the boundaries or respect that should be given towards executing magic. while some of her adventures had turned out dangerous and more often than not life-threatening, her thirst to try something new was never quenched. In fact it was insatiable in the way that she began dabbling with potions and the traditional ways of casting spells.
someone had to have come up with all of these once upon a moon, right? so who said she couldn’t attempt to innovate centuries old mechanics?
some mints in her hand, nahyun stood over the simmering pot, smoke raising from the surface and leaving the curious witch anticipating any response to the herbs she was throwing together to create a nightingale potion.
“mints are good for the throat and popular when brewed up as a tea for singers... it should be logical to add those, no,” she inquires to forsythia, who more often than not at this point had been dragged along to her adventures.
