Eldritch!Noah’s human form looks very normal, but his eyes are pure white. The void in which he exists is pure white by default, so it’s not that hard for new players to connect Noah with the game dimension. Most don’t really bother to wonder further than that- sort of the same mental gymnastics as the fairies vs. walruses debate.

That said, Nick has a gift. A blessing, or a curse, however one wants to look at it. He can see everything, whether he wants to or not. Every time something moves, Nick sees the invisible arms carrying it. He watches Sophist fall from a height and the ground reaches up to catch him. Brent rolls a 20 on an action he physically shouldn’t be able to do and suddenly he looks bigger, shinier, as the world helps him accomplish his task. Vernias dies, once, and magic ripples around him in a silent apology before bringing him back.

To Nick, the magic surrounding Noah is nearly blinding, but he can’t look away, because Noah isn’t simply controlling the void, he is the void.

Maybe it’s just better if he doesn’t say anything about it. It’s not like his friends can see the horrors beyond their comprehension, after all. Who’s to say what Noah thinks when he notices Nick’s tendency to stare at things he shouldn’t be able to see.

NOAH CLAIMED NICK OH MY GOD. Biting this information. Chewing on it. ‘Human claimed by a magical being’ is truly the trope of all time to me, you must understand. The protective aspect of it scratches my brain in a way nothing else can truly compare to. I am so curious when that happened, and what Noah’s thought processes were/are considering… everything that’s happened since then.

And now Sophist knows, or at least has an idea that there’s something deeper going on… god I love Clandestine. Everyone is struggling and no one is happy.

HE DID, and even i'm wondering when noah had done so -- ohhh no doubt when they were sharing a moment back at the interlude. they almost kissed and it was pmuch around that time that noah had his heart captured by him ;; a promise was made, and noah found himself wanting to protect nick from anything and everything in the world raaaah. and the fact that nick didn't have the magical passive to sniff out or generally detect claims like that.... so he went thru with the betrayal without knowing just how deep the bond truly is for noah ;; so while it made him fucking guilty, it hurts noah even more cause that bond was struck

and omg, it's now affected to the point where both are suffering from it... RAAAAH the idea that nick will be afflicted with visions and ( potentially ) hallucinations cause of it.... FUUUUUUCK

and i honestly wouldn't know what sophist would do with this knowledge. i mean, it's clear that he's getting closer to the other crashers ( hell, he's expressed that what he did to vernias wasn't rlly out of malice... well, it's kinda complicated laskdfal ) and he's not used to comforting anyone in general so.... :'3

I put a Noah on my tomodachi island, by the way. I used the face paint to give him his glowing eyes and I gave him the ‘floats instead of walking’ trait so he’s accurate to his Eldritch form ^///^ He’s made friends with my persona and all of the ocs who are part of a D&D-type setting, so that’s pretty neat. I will be considering the crossover potential with great care. +1 hp. +1 hp. +1 hp.

I also, of course, have more Eldritch thoughts. A D&D session runs a little long and the Crashers realize very suddenly they’re all up way past their bedtimes, so Noah lets them camp out in the nondescript fantasy forest… he even changes the space above them from the normal plain white to a starry sky. To set the ambiance, or something. Even so, Nick has trouble sleeping, because it’s hard to look at Noah and his shining eyes without wondering if the stars above him are twinkling or blinking…

Ahhh! I have to add him too to my Island :], Too bad I can't give him his glowy eyes, lost my drawing pen on the bus some months ago :,(. I might give him the floary walking style too, that oner ot he one that looks like they're walking on space. I can't wait to see how he interacts with my miisona and the funger gang. I might also get him and nick on The Hole :} so I can get canon mtnick, teehee.

And aaahhh! I adore your D&D Thoughts! And the romantic/cozy ambiance! And the mtnick with sus Nick! I need to get back in track with writing, these stressful weeks I've had a lot of mtnick thoughts >:} need to whump them and put them and the rest of the crashers into the blender.

even if i don't focus on him much, nick is the crasher I have the most ships with. He's my fandom bike :> (is that still a thing?).

There's the rest of the crashers and their big messy and sometimes rancid polycule, whatever psychosexually tense situationship he has with Noah, the one sided idol worship with Alpharad, on-and-off with the underdogs, him and his smash ytubers... so many possibilities :}

Been watching the pc magic the noah vid collabs for my hope-soon-to-be-posted mtnick ramblings and fic, and yeah Noah likes to give an advantage to Nick and give him princess treatment because its 'funny' (sure pal :] ), but Nick can also be such a teacher's pet and suck it up to Noah too, ugh.....

Agbfieuchr, they truly have dethroned vernick for me in terms of fave nick ship outside polycrashers. They're part angsty, part one sided, part manipulative... they're my pcrpf dark romance/toxic couple >:}
