... facing first serious private competitor MTR Express, with an offering of “first class for everyone” and star chef food onboard ... we would take a different approach!
We would hatch on a restaurant kitchen car to our train and offer all the new exciting food truck owners a chance to cook on our trains. Imagine going on a 3.5 hour trip between the two largest cities in Sweden and always being excited about the food that is served. Wouldn’t that be something?
