Rick was pretty bored, so why not create robots—at least, attempt to. It was impossible to do a big one without any of his equipment, so a tiny one would have to do. It was pretty easy to do with stuff from the garbage and some of the tools he bought for ten dollars. The only shitty part was that he had to do it in public, even though no one wanted to bother the weirdo with a lab coat working with trash.

The small robot was almost done, until someone decides to bother Rick. Just his luck, of course. “H-Hey, pal, I’m busy here. Go bark on another tree.”

What is the person drinking? Was it something unknown to her? The alien couldn’t help but approach. She pointed to the man’s drink and said a few words. “What is that?”

        “Is there perhaps a reason that you are staring at me for so long of a time? Is there some sort of debris on my face? It is okay if you stare. I would just enjoy to know that it is not for a serious reason that I should worry about.” But really, it could be the orange skin or hair that trails off into fire. It was a mystery.

Well, since he was becoming an attorney here in Hive City, he wanted to get used to at least some of the police force in Hive City, after all, they would probably work together someday. He knew there was no law in this place, but he was sure that some sort of police should exist. After all, there’s a bunch of bounty hunter and vigilante groups, so…

He had no idea of where to go, so he just wandered aimless until he saw something curious. A man, hiding behind a wall, seemingly staring at something, but Phoenix couldn’t really tell what exactly it was. He approaches the man just to see that the one staring was…

Mulder. He remembered him from some mafia games, but they never talked much… “Mulder? What are you doing here?”

----[♕] The fashion in this city defies reason, he thinks. It looks so... restrictive. And what are the strips of fabric that so many wear around their necks? Bizarre.

He’s in line at the convenience store when he notices that the man behind him is wearing one of those accessories, though his is printed with a strange pattern. Round shapes that almost look like faces... Hakuryuu notices he’s staring and quickly turns away.

        “Okay, I actually know a few aliens, and they don’t look anything like that.” She pointed towards his tie. “I’m pretty certain at least one of them would be offended.” She laughed then paused for a moment. “Well, Martian Manhunter is cutting it pretty close there, I’ll at least give you that one.”
