be more active on rick: the mission. alright, iâm back here and since thereâs an event, why not? like this for a starter from him, event based of course! i might im you for stuff! capping it at three, but people he met before are exempt!
clash of egos, again || stanford
đord was fuming, eyes narrowed at the other from behind the lens of his glasses. This was just like Rick to shirk responsibility in such a manner. It was any wonder Ford expected something more of him! This just went to show that people never changed. Not really.
âSo you broke time.â Ford issued this short summary in a completely flat, unimpressed tone. Some part of him wished he could even be shocked by such a revelation. But once again, a throb of a headache had begun creeping slowly into his temples, his frown absolute as he snapped back at the scientist.
âIâve had my fair share of dealings with dimensional locks, Rick.â His tone was waspish; a faint reminder of the fact that Stanford himself had been sealed outside his dimension, one accessible then only by a hole punched through from the other side. It was a conundrum that even Rick and Ford, in all their amassed intelligence, couldnât hope to contest.
âAll Iâm saying now is that you owe me big time for everything I did for you. And Iâm inviting you to start repaying that debt any day now. Why donât we start with a drink? Weâve got plenty still left to discuss.â
Rick rolled his eyes. âYes, StanfordâI broke time. Your âI knew itâ medal is in the mail.â His tone was very sarcastic with a mixture of annoyed; pretty much classic Rick, even though he didnât really enjoy giving the satisfaction to Stanford being right.Â
âY-Yeah, I know. It sucked, w-we wasted days on that stuff, even though you never really told me anything about how it happened thisâthis whole time.â Now that Rick thought about it, all that Stanford said to him was that he got trappedâthatâs basically it, nothing else about his past and about what happened: kind of cryptic, but to be honest, he didnât care much about that. It was none of his business, and being nosy was just pointless. If he wanted to be secretive, it was his deal.
âF-Fine, whatever. Maybe we can figure out how to get out of this, of this weirdness somehow, or trade weird creepy dimension stories or whatever. Where do you want to go?â
Mass text to everybody.   :Who wants a job that pays well but only if you know your medicine.Â
FROM: Rick Sanchez
TO: Norman Osborn
[1/?]: oh no my good sir how could i possibly refuse after so much details!
[2/?]: i mean itâs not like this could be an obvious scam or something with such incredible details about what your job offers
[3/3]: also that was all sarcasm. this is the shadiest thing i ever received. no thanks
@eindouche
âYou reek of alcohol, so I gotta askâŠâ
âWhereâd you get it? I canât find a decent bar around this shithole.â
âC-Ceasefire. Itâs cheap and itâs âsafe for everyoneâ, even though-- even though shit happens there all the time. Itâs in sector four, I think.â
Aaand delete. He had enough purge-ness with some blood and guts or whatever. He had his fill with Morty back on that weird-Purge world, so maybe another time, who knows.
" Glub glub glub glub GLUB! It IS YOU! â
Feferi was a fan, personally. Sure, she wasnât much of a scientist, so she didnât really care too much about the weird science mumbo-jumbo that made any of this even possible. The part that she enjoyed about this man was his willingness to CLEARLY see that their system of government was flawed. In a nihilistic way, she thought that he was willing to get some change going.   " Just t) (e planet? Youâre wanted for crimes against troll-kind t) (roug) (out t) (e w) (ole galactic empire!     We got very ambitious after you left. We ) (ad to after all t) (at rebuilding, coug) ( coug) (.
Iâm an admirer, t) (oug) (. Iâd probably ) (ave to get a forced leucotomy on my t) (ink-pan if I said t) (at back ) (ome. â
The seadweller extended a hand outward. The legend was true, he kinda reeked of soporific substance. And by âkindaâ it was more like a distillery than just one substance.Â
â Feferi Peixes, ) (eiress to t) (e t) (rone! Gos) (, Iâll ) (ave to ask for a selfie later. Or five??? T) (is is like meeting a ) (uman unicorn. â
Wow, holy shitâhe wasnât expecting that kind of reaction; Rick was pretty much expecting a trident to the face (especially considering what happened in Alternia), but that was just for a brief second. An admirer was kind of a surprise.
âY-Yeah, never againâand Iâm guessing Alterniaâs still that oppressive weird blood thing, huh.â He never liked politics, but the kind that it was in her homeworld was something that Rick disliked a lot; which was probably the reason he tried to stop it, even though he just wanted to go for a short visit. Â
âIâm Rick. A-And sure, why the hell not.â
âOh.â
â... Bummer.â

âThat⊠Depends. What is a âtheme parkâ, exactly?â Though she doesnât particularly think any sort of park based off of internal organs would be a very nice place.
âItâs like a park thatâs themed around stuff. The one Iâm talking about is based on anatomy so itâs, itâs full of body-related attractions.â
âA-Alright, be real with me. Is Pirates of the Pancreas a good idea for an attraction on a theme park based on anatomy? I-I mean, that attraction was my baby, but I guess I should hear feedback once in a while, yâknow? K-Keep it fresh and improving.â
Mulder almost mistook him for a hobo, until he realized those were kind of impossible in this city. Everyone cam from somewhere, and had a place to live. So why was this guy sitting in the grass where anyone could bother him? Of course Mulder had to bother him. He was just curious, is all.Â
âIs that a radio? Or a computer?âÂ
There wasnât a lot you could probably make with stuff found around here, and certainly nothing that wasnât already invented. If he was trying to make something worth while, like a device to break the simulation they were in and send everyone back to their own dimensions, then he had a hell of a long way to go.
âY-Yeah, no. Iâm making a robot out of the garbage.â
While his tone was sarcastic, he was actually speaking the truthâand after a few more seconds, here it was; a tiny robot made with a screen and a wheel, with some parts of computer on the inside. Nice, well, for a few seconds, anyway. After a few seconds, a message appears on the robotâs screen.
> WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?
âI-I dunno. Run or somethinâ, all the way toâall the way to sector three.â And so the little robot goes, trying to go as fast as his wheel could manage. Hopefully itâd survive until it got to sector three, not that Rick really cared.
