there is a lot of exclusionary and divisive trans discourse on this website these days in the midst of it all it can be hard for some people to remember we are all one community so im taking some time out today to make a shout out specifically to bigender folks

a lot of people dont even know what bigender is so lets start there!!!

bigender describes someone who experiences and or identifies with more than one gender simultaneously whether it be binary man and binary woman or nonbinary genders

bigender people who identify with conflicting or inconvenient gender labels are trans enough and valid

bigender people who identify as trans women despite having been assigned female at birth you are trans enough and you are valid

bigender people for whom one of their genders aligns with their agab you are trans enough and you are valid

bigender people for whom two or more of your genders are closely aligned with you agab you are trans enough and you are valid

bigender people who identify with two or more nonbinary genders simultaneously you are trans enough and you are valid

bigender people who have a fluid and or inconsistent relationship with their genders are trans enough and valid

bigender people who fluidly and inconsistently identify with more than one gender in any given moment you are trans enough and you are valid

bigender people who use neopronouns you are trans enough and you are valid

bigender people who cant or wont or dont want to transition you are trans enough and you are valid

bigender people who take more than one set of hrt you are trans enough and you are valid

bigender people who are in the closet you are trans enough and you are valid

bigender people who do not express themselves through androgyny you are trans enough and you are valid

bigender people who want gender affirming surgeries you are trans enough and you are valid

Just realised it's trans day of visibility today bc y'all I was having a bad day but I just remembered how many multigender folks exist and it's so awesome. I exist at the same time as multigender trans girls and boys, as boygirls, as manwomen and womanmen, out there there's bigender people getting funky with gender presentation and multitrans girls trying additional pronouns and multitrans boys finding a new label for themselves. There are transneutral genderfluid people and transfemxenine girlthings and demifluid folks and transandrogynous enbies and cisfem guys and tris genderflux enben and it's just a wonderful place to be.

I love trans women and fems who are POC

trans women and fems who are intersex, regardless of AGAB or medical history

trans women and fems who are also trans men and mascs (multigender people exist, people with highly complex genders exist)

trans women and fems who see that bodies like theirs are considered 'caricatures' and feel inadequate for it (you aren't inadequate)

transfems who aren't women

butch trans women and fems

cistrans women

trans women and fems who identify as male

trans women and fems who identify as female

trans women and fems who are turigirls, achillean, gay for men, etc.

disabled trans women and fems

any other trans woman or fem who feels like they are the exception to people's trans acceptance.

This marks the first so let’s make it a great one!

the fruit that I hold is the combination of these genders, how it feels as a whole; it represents 𝘮𝘺 identity. (Although I have more labels now)
