I made some multigrain rice today because the fiber was really high and WOW was it good. I hope my stomach is okay with it. I don’t usually eat so much rice, but because I’m trying to prepare my stomach for Korea, I figured I should get used to it.
I ALSO made TOFU PUDDING. That’s right, you heard me TOFU. It’s delicious and high protein. So that’s bariatric friendly at least. I’m really starting to like tofu... But only silken and SUPER firm.
The plus side of the super firm is that it’s the lowest calorie and highest protein, so there. That counteracts the fact that I pan fry it and cover it in hot sauce. Right? It’s still healthy, right?
