Probably. Wolfwood’s personality is far more rebellious and independent than Livio’s from day one. So much so that it causes him major problems at a certain point we all know and cry over. Whereas Livio always seemed to need direction, someone to tell him what to do. Though with the betrayal from Chapel and starting to get a hold on Razlo more that could definitely be changing.
Just because he wants to retaliate doesn’t mean he always will (though he does more often than not), because he knows his actions have consequences for him and potentially people he cares for. He’s in a really tight spot, and even though Livio would obviously care about and worry for the kids at the orphanage, their well-being isn’t directly tied to how well he follows orders.
Though, like I said it all depends on what situations they’re talking about ‘cause Wolfwood’s actions are almost entirely situational.
