So...I’ve been eating the Carnivore way for about 3 weeks, now. And I’m totally amazed at how much better I am doing. The “eczema” in my ears (had since my mid-20′s), and it is almost completely cleared up! I feel clear headed. I am sleeping less, but waking up rested. What!!!
Initially, my weight went up a few more pounds. Now, I’m down about 5 pounds from that. I haven’t been hangry, hungry, or craving junk. I like to test things. So, I’ve tasted some of the sweet stuff I usually enjoy (eg, Chocolate Chip Peanutbutter Larabars), and the flavor was flat and yuck.
Another thing I decided to “test” was if I could stop taking 3,000mg of Vitamin C each day (keeps me from having painful reactions to everything fragrances/aerosol/cleaner), and I’m not experiencing the increased sensitivity I’ve encountered in the past when I left it off for a few days. How awesome is that?
I may have found salvation, y’all!

Do certain smells or environments make you ill? Extreme bad headache that won't go with a paracetamol? So dizzy you cannot stand up and lights and sounds hurt? You might have MCS? For me, taking a bus, uber, schoolruns or visiting family is a challenge. I really don't want to go and expose myself but I go anyway for the family. I want to ask everyone not to wear perfume but I don't because I don't want to be demanding or rude. Luckily at home we don't use anything that gives me an "attack" but whenever I go out 95% of the time within a few hours im unable to do anything. Many have MUlTIPLE CHEMICAL SENSITIVITY and many have no idea what it is. #mcs #multiplechemicalsensitivity #awareness https://www.instagram.com/p/CPN40cCAlpt/?utm_medium=tumblr
~ DIY Wool Dryer Balls ~ We try our best to live a green & organic lifestyle free from chemicals. One of the very first switches we made to a less toxic lifestyle was in the laundry room! Our skin is our largest organ & what we put on our bodies makes a huge impact on our health. Our DIY Dryer Balls are simple and easy to use and make a big difference for us. We toss the balls in the dryer with our wet clothes in place of fabric softener and dryer sheets. Dryer Balls are quick and easy to make and eliminate the need for fabric softener. They help the clothes dry quicker, wrinkle less, and reduce static cling. They soften and fluff the clothes & are used over & over again for years. Natural! Organic! Win-win! Supplies for 4 dryer balls: *2 skeins of 100% wool yarn. Crochet hook or blunt tipped sewing needle. - Old clean panty hose or knee-high stocking. - Scissors - 5 pieces of string heavy or dental floss cut 6 inches long. Instructions: 1. Each skein of wool yarn will make two tennis size ball dryer balls. Start by looping the yarn around two fingers 5 to 8 times. This will be the start of your yarn ball. 2. Continue tightly wrapping the yarn around the ball until it is the size of a tennis ball. 3. Give yourself 6-8 inches of extra yarn and snip the end. 4. Use the crochet hook or blunt tipped needle to pull your loose end through the ball several times to tie it off. 5. Slip each completed ball into the panty hose and tie with string at each end and in between each ball. 6. Toss in the washing machine for two or three hot wash cycles with other clothes. 7. Now toss in hot dryer. 8. Remove balls from nylon. 9. And… there you have it. Toss the balls in the dryer with wet clothes and let them work their magic. #diydryerballs #livinggreen #multiplechemicalsensitivity #homeandgarden #dryerballs #greenliving #doitforearth #savetheplanet #ecolifestyle #ecoliving #simpleliving #zerowaste #sustainability #savetheearth #ecolaundry https://simplesojourns.com/living-green-with-diy-wool-dryer-balls/ https://www.instagram.com/p/CHak2CMH15S/?igshid=g94s2xw9shhr

Shout out to this amazing husband of mine💘 I’ve been dealing with some serious health issues lately, & he does everything he can to help me🙏🏼 Last night he sold his Harley to get a bike that has a catalytic converter & runs cleaner, so that I don’t react to the exhaust💨🏍 He has also spent the past two days of his time home painting eco-safe paint over the non-VOC valspar paint I was reacting to🙄 - I know I’m not easy to deal with all the time🤷🏼♀️ But no matter what he takes care of me, loves me, supports me, & tries his best to understand what I go through. And for that I am so blessed & so thankful🙏🏼 Thanks for being the best hubby ever @deeboles 💖👫 #multiplechemicalsensitivity #keepthetoxinsaway #imadelicateflower 🌸 (at Cripple Creek Hospitality House and Travel Park) https://www.instagram.com/p/BnHOgxDhRgU/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1m9h8ncswy2nq
