My Journey with Yogamu’s Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training Level 300 October 2, 2025 Shaina Tranquilino
I just completed the Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training Level 300 with Yogamu, and I have to say—it was such a rewarding and transformative experience. For anyone who is curious about deepening their yoga practice, expanding their knowledge, or even stepping into the role of a spiritual guide/teacher, I highly recommend Yogamu’s programs. They offer levels ranging from 100 all the way to 800, so whether you’re just beginning or looking to take your training to the highest level, there’s a path for you.
What I appreciate about Yogamu is how they don’t just focus on the physical aspect of yoga. Their trainings weave together the practices of yoga and meditation to create a well-rounded approach to healing and self-development. Yoga isn’t just about flexibility and strength—it’s about uniting the mind, body, and soul.
Healing Mind, Body, and Soul
This philosophy deeply resonates with me because I’ve always believed in healing as a holistic journey:
For the mind: I’ve spoken with psychologists, and leaned on family and friends for support. Conversations can be medicine too.
For the body: I see doctors and specialists when needed, but I’ve also turned to naturopaths, physiotherapists, and other health practitioners. Each has their own wisdom to contribute.
For the soul: Prayer, Reiki, yoga, and meditation have been my anchors. They remind me to be present, help me reconnect with myself, and refill my cup when it’s running low.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that healing isn’t instant. Sometimes it can feel like prayer, yoga, or meditation isn’t “working” because you don’t feel a dramatic shift right away. But healing is a process. Small, consistent steps build the foundation for deeper change. You have to be willing to put in the work and trust that something is happening—even if you can’t see it immediately.
This training with Yogamu gave me the tools not only to support my own journey but also to eventually guide others. And as the saying goes: “You can’t pour from an empty cup.” In order to help others, you must first nurture yourself. That’s what this program has helped me do—heal, grow, and prepare to give back.
If you’re curious about yoga teacher training or simply want to deepen your own personal practice, I encourage you to explore Yogamu’s offerings or whatever other spiritual wellness centre calls to you. Whether you’re at Level 100 or ready to dive into Level 800, you’ll find a community and a curriculum that honours the full spectrum of healing.
