consider: mumbo has a crush on iskall, and to confess, he takes him to hermit challenges. iskall’s challenges are all fairly normal: place a lot of blocks, kill however many mobs, etc., but mumbo only writes one: “don’t hate me when i tell you i’m in love with you”. when iskall reads it, mumbo panics and immediately flies off with nervous tears in his eyes. [part 1]

iskall is shocked, he doesn’t know what to say. for the longest time, he’s been in love with mumbo. ever since he joined hermitcraft there was just something that stood out about mumbo that he couldn’t get over. it took him so long and so much pestering from stress to finally realize that he had been in love, but he never dreamt that mumbo could feel the same. he smiles to himself, and heads back to his base. [part 2]

iskall figured it was best to give mumbo some time to calm down, so he waits a few days and just goes about his business as usual. after a little while, he figures it’s been long enough. he delivers a message to mumbo using grian’s messaging system, simply telling him to meet him at hermit challenges. mumbo eagerly goes, thinking it’ll just be some chaos with grian, but quickly gets nervous as he notices who’s waiting there for him [part 3]

iskall smiles, and silently greets him. he hands mumbo a single sheet of paper, and hurriedly writes something on his own. mumbo tries to come up with a normal challenge, hoping iskall forgot or moved past what had happened earlier, but what mumbo didn’t know was that he hadn’t. when mumbo pressed the button on his dispenser, he was left with one dare that made his heart pound. a mostly blank sheet of paper with messy, eager handwriting saying “kiss me”, and nothing else [part 4] sorry for spam
