Happy Birthday !!!! 🎉 My bday workout peeps! Sweatflix = HIITMAX Live #35. I was given a new resistance band for my birthday, so thought it only fair it got used right there and then!! I was also then very pleasantly surprised to see none other than @bodyrocktv_lisamarie come on for a Live workout!! Time differences don’t always allow me to be on during a Live.
