They had just performed a skills test for Danzo-sama, and they’d aced everything. Each kunai had hit the bullseye. They’d broken personal speed records. Even their spar had ended in a draw. It was one of the few times Danzo-sama was even satisfied with Shin. When the old man left, Shin’s brother leapt at him in a celebratory bear hug.
Shin laughed and swung him around. Nothing made him happier than affection from the younger boy. The two children danced around, whooping to celebrate their top marks.

An AU Idea For Our Muses: Mhn maybe some demon stuff? Nightmares? Hahaha like Kouha haunts Sai? Idek. Now that I think about that, sth like that could be better than our planned modern AU. I also just found this post again and you surely can already imagine what I’m thinking about (tho I’d stick to teen & maybe Kouha got to do social service for some parole or stuff?).
A Song For Our Muses: I don’t have any in mind yet ... (btw I don’t find any good video to the one you mentioned =/). To stick to that Sai/Kumo thing, espescially towards the end when everything was only angst and we lost contact before we were able to fix it, I think about “Just Give Me A Reason” by P!nk ft. Nate Ruess.
Do I Ship Our Muses?: Nah, and somehow I can’t imagine it even. It would be nice once they got there, but they would need to come past certain points that they wouldn’t ever pass in normal circumstances.
What I Think About The Mun: We just went though so much together and Idk there’s even a bit of identifying stuff going on in my head. Like, wow, I can tell you stuff and you don’t only empathy with me but you understand because you know. You’re such a sweetie and I can talk to you about everything and you always got such wise advices for me. For once it’s not me who’s momma and tells people to eat their veggies, but you who cares about me. Somehow you’re one of the people who made it into my “advanced friends circle”, as in those that I trust and that I trust that they won’t leave me. Even if we don’t talk for weeks, months or even over a year I know you are out there and eventually we will talk again. Btw are there really people who don’t talk to their close friends for a while and then don’t want to try to pick up again where they left? D: Idk it just seems natural to me to talk to you as if our last convo was yesterday and not a month ago; after all I already know you and people don’t change that much down in the core of their personality ...

{Sadly, I can’t say that I’ve read one full one. I’ve started a few, but never finished. With college, work, and rping it has been hectic lately. I used to adore reading when I was younger because it helped me with my dyslexia. Now, I get far too busy. I really miss having the time to read. :( }

( His eyes blinked a few times, adjusting to the darkness. It didn’t take him long to now realise he was holding a kunai to the throat of a comrade. He clicked his tongue in annoyance and released the other from his grasp.)
‘ The hell are you doin’ out here so late ?’
( He’d grumble this as he put away his kunai. Kiba had been on lookout near his families home, just two nights ago one of their dogs had gone missing, up and vanished, and the other’s were all clearly on edge. Something was definitely wrong and Kiba was convinced someone had stolen the dog, or worse. So when he saw a dark figure in the night he pounced.)
