there comes a point in everyone’s life that you have to come to terms with your place on the man to muppet spectrum. You’re either a muppet of a man, a very manly muppet or somewhere in between. Luckily there’s an Oscar winning song from 2011 that can help you come to terms with this

Walter felt so out of place in his home town that he literally wanted to crawl inside the glass of his tv screen. It’s such a fascinating bit of characterization in an intro already full of implications and subtext.
Scooter isnt here, walter just wants him to be very badly. Didn’t you ever hear that it’s bad to stand in front of the screen Walt?
do new wooter fans know about the time that scooter canonically talked about walter being naked (in the muppets 2011 junior novelization of all places)
“You're up next, Walter,’ Kermit told the newbie. “Ready?” Walter looked terrified. “Don’t sweat it,” Scooter told him. “Just pretend you're naked. I mean, pretend you’re naked, I mean, oh…Good luck!” He gave Walter a thumbs-up and left him alone behind the curtain.
