Important post (Nothing bad, don't worry!)

Um. Hi everyone. As you know I haven't really posted anything in a while. With finals coming up, some medication complications that are hopefully now resolved, mental health issues coming and going, and my physical disability getting worse (Don't worry, I'm not dying or anything—) I haven't been able to find it in me to write, and if I do I get upset at the quality and delete it.

And unfortunately for current me, past me did not forsee any of this. I have several months old requests I have not touched, as much as I would like to get them done. I apologize gravely to the users who sent me their requests in hopes that I cook up something nice, for it seems I am not the grillmaster you all believed me to be.

Anyway, my point is, I've been having thoughts about simply deleting all the requests in a sort of "refresh"

They won't actually be deleted!!! I'll put the general idea down and who requested it in my notes app!!!!

But I think I need to delete them for my brain to stop stressing me out, stop treating it like piled up assignments, and actually enjoy doing what I'm doing.

“Keep this up and I shall be forced to summon the General again, which will be an edifying experience for neither of us,” the Scientist called down. SkekGra peered up through the glare. “Why is your head so big all of a sudden, SkekTek? I mean other than the obvious. Did one of your pets up there very understandably kick you, and you had to bandage it up?”

“No, I’m afraid it’s for your benefit, nameless one. These muffs comprise an ingenious new auricular device for blocking out unpleasant sounds.”

“Oh? How well are they working?”

“Well enough, for everything except the worst! Unfortunately, that includes you.” The Scientist added, grumbling, “And there is a slight propensity to headache due to the tightness of the clamp…”

“I’m very sorry to hear that!” the Seeker belted out at full blast.

“I’ll just bet you are!”

“Hope the headache improves!”

“And I hope you are stricken with scurvy and marasmus at the earliest possible juncture! Which will not be difficult to arrange!”

“And feel free to keep screaming at me, by the way!”

A short silence, followed by the shifting whisper of robes on stone. “Loath as I am to admit it, you have a point. Matching your stridence with my own accomplishes nothing beyond an exceedingly dubious moral victory. Therefore, let us return to a more pragmatic frame.”
