William Murderface isn't actually ugly, he's average at worst, and is just the least conventionally attractive of his bandmates. As you see in his birthday episode, the fans love him, going so far as to destroy public property and set themselves on fire in his honor. He realistically wouldn't have any trouble getting women, because as we've seen time and again in real life ugly rock stars in famous bands still have loads of groupies. Murderface pushes them away and self sabotages because of his seriously low self esteem, and because he is more attracted to men than women but won't admit he isn't attracted to most female fans due to severely internalized homophobia.
