For those of you who saw the Murray's tag for the d'affinois, sadly they changed it between 2020 and now (or my division was always different), but new contender for unhinged cheese descriptions!

My Too Good to Go order from Murray’s Cheese at Grand Central Station (Midtown East): a container of chicken noodle soup (retail: $7.99) and a 1.5 lb. container of Calabro ricotta cheese (retail: $21). My Too Good to Go cost: $3.99 plus tax.

I’ve been wanting to get a Murray’s Cheese TGTG bag for a while despite the business’s very mixed reviews from the TGTG user community. The business offers TGTG bags at both of its Manhattan locations (in the West Village and at Grand Central), with the Grand Central location getting the better reviews.

Initially, I was ok with this TGTG bag until I got home and opened the soup. It was spoiled and smelled like vinegar. I suspect the soup sat out not refrigerated for a long time. I tossed it out. I will be reporting it to TGTG. The ricotta was fine.

I went into this TGTG purchase knowing full well that it might be bad or disappointing because of what others have reported."Buyer beware” applies to this business.
