Anyway so basically the exercise atm is put aspects of the sport into what is 100% controllable, influenceable, and 100% uncontrollable. I’m like ???? everything is influenceable and nothing is 100% either???? and even then i like grouped everything into my seat/actions and then i’m like ... wait what else is there again
