I love museums! I had too much fun pulling specimens today for next week's Dissecting Dinosaurs homeschool class. . In our Education Collection, we have several natural history specimens without data, so not of scientific value anymore, but GREAT for teaching. Pictured here, top photo, is a Common merganser. Bottom photo is a Cardinal. . Next week homeschool kids will be learning about dinosaurs by dissecting real quail specimens and observing avian anatomy in comparison to non-avian dinosaur features.
