Watercolors of my interpretations of Ahrima and Nidria from the first act of Razia’s Shadow.
Two of my headcanons for the First Act are that the Spider is a manifestation of Ahrima’s ego rather than a distinct other character. Nidria on the other hand, was a queen-goddess of the original city of man.
Her powers from her creator deal primarily with compelling human minds towards peaceful coexistence. Ahrima’s destruction of the lamps and original city would have been an attempt to compel humankind to worship him, through Nidria’s will.
Instead, Nidria chose to call Toba for assistance and evacuate her city rather than give into Ahrima’s pressure.
