How to UnMute/UnFreeze Your Blog
This is how I rescued my blog from being muted. Hopefully it’ll work for you, too.
I looked for posts that I’ve made SINCE the announcement about Dec 17th that have been flagged. I deleted them. That seems to have solved the problem. Please note: this did not solve it right away. It took a few hours.
Posts Not Showing Up? Posts Out Of Order? Fix It!
Some people might have noticed that their blogs are all out of order, the first thing on their blog isn’t the last thing they posted. You’re not muted, posts are just out of order! What gives? Short answer: this is happening because something of yours got flagged and then unflagged and now it’s causing issues.
HOW TO FIX IT:
Step 1: Find out where/when your recent posts are actually showing up on your blog!
Despite what is seems, new content is showing up! It’s just several pages in (my stuff was on page 6 so...it can be pretty deep).
There are two key posts to worry about here, I’m gonna give them specific names to avoid confusion. Find each of them by viewing your blog on a browser that you’re not logged in on.
Front Post: the post that your followers see at the top of your blog.
End Post: the post right before where your new content is actually showing up at. You’ll have to do a big of digging for this. It’s easier if you have pages rather then an infinite scroll, sorry mobile users.
Step 2: Edit every post between the End Post and the Front Post. If you want to be extra careful, you can edit a some posts either side of that as well.
It doesn’t have to be a big edit! I added a random tag to everything and that worked fine.
I know it seems like a lot of work, but if you have access to the desktop site you can do this with mass post editor.
Sorry app-only users, I’m not sure how else to go about on mobile it other than one by one.
This should fix the issue! It worked for me, but it might not for everyone. I don’t think this will help any issues of your blog not showing up in searches though, sorry.
Messaged tumblr for them to try to fix the issue of being muted.
They are working on it so please be patient and will reply soon, but slowly because I have 1 week left in school

Tumblr has basically muted my main blog and are ignoring my e-mails about it, so I'm going to start posting more on this blog. Maybe I'll eventually migrate over here for good.
