4. Crushed Mix of 6 Garlic (लहसुन) + 1 inch Ginger (अदरक) + 2 Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च)
5. 2 Onions (प्याज)
6. 1 Tomato (टमाटर)
7. 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस)
8. 200 gm Wheat Flour (गेहूं का आटा)
9. 2 tbsp Semolina (सूजी)
10. 2 tbsp Gram Flour (बेसन)
11. 1 tbsp Clarified Butter (घी)
12. 1/2 Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
13. 1/2 tsp Turmeric (हल्दी)
14. 1/2 tbsp Half grinded Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर)
15. 1 tbsp Salt (नमक)
16. A pinch of Fennel (सौंफ)
17. A pinch of Cumin Seeds (जीरा)
