Am I the only one who thinks people that believe the "Dutch got a brain injury" theory missed the point of RDR2?
Dutch was desperate, both to stay in charge/respected, and to get money and get the law off his tail. He was always like that, even early on, it just didn't show until later. Especially after Hosea dies and there's no voice of reason anymore.
His unwillingness to change and the fact that he's a selfish man willing to give up on those he's been close with for years directly parallels Arthur in a way.
