☔: my muses reaction to opening their front door and seeing yours drenched in rain

nevaeh was about three hours into a friend marathon when she heard someone knocking at her door. she was a little confused because she didn’t expect company and she wasn’t the type to get visitors unannounced considering she didn’t have a lot of friends. maybe it was because she was just the type of person that didn’t have a lot of friends or maybe it was because she never really let most people in close enough to become friends because of past experiences. she told herself it was the former, people just didn’t like her and she didn’t blame them. 

she opened the door and was even more surprised when she saw issa drowning from the rainstorm that was going on. “oh my god, are you okay?” she asked, shuffling him in, away from the rain. she ran into her bathroom and grabbed a towel and put it over the male. “do you need anything? i have tea or hot chocolate. god, it’s really pouring out there.” 

nevaeh was a little confused as to why issa showed up at her apartment specifically, she was sure he knew other people and she was sure he had other friends than her. if the two would even consider themselves friends. he must’ve run out of options or something, she figured. “do you wanna watch friends with me? that was the only thing i was doing when you got here.”
