Vices were usually demons in people's lives. No matter how much people tried to keep their vices away from them, not wanting anything to destroy their lives, they always found a way to penetrate in their routines and even in their relationships with others. It was very hard to shake them off, but it was even harder to resist them. It was a vice that had kept Jackson away from his family for a long time. Killing people became like a hobby to him. It was natural, fun and completely irresistible. No matter how much his parents had tried to convince him that Wang Jackson had grown up like a normal child, it didn’t take him too long to find out this wasn’t necessarily true.

It was some killing gene. That was the only reasonable explanation. The vampire had been killing since he was a child, enjoying the blood on his hands. Jackson had killed his babysitter once, but he couldn’t remember why and how it had happened. To be honest, he couldn’t even remember the woman’s face. Many deaths came after that one. Some were very alive in his mind, but a couple of them were only vague memories.

Losing control of his own thirsty was something the vampire had been trying to control. Not because he was guilty for what he had done (because he truly wasn’t), but because his purpose in life had changed. Now, Jackson had to find a way to find the vampire who had killed his older brother. But this didn’t mean his control didn’t slip through his fingers sometimes. That was exactly what it was happening right now, while he was trying to talk Jinhyung.
