Ok, to hell with it, some of my favorite moments from The Joker series from the 70s.
(From left to right, top to bottom:)
The Joker #1 - The time he got into a feud with Two-Face that culminated in them knocking themselves BOTH out and them BOTH getting caught and sent back to Arkham. (This one made me laugh so hard I had to put my tablet down and take a second to compose myself.)
The Joker #2 - The time two ex Arkham guards (who got fired specifically because Joker escaped on their watch two issues in a row) identified him by the way he moves like a cross between Groucho Marx and a stork, which I have never been able to unsee.
The Joker #6 - The time he got into a golf club duel with Sherlock Holmes.
The Joker #7 - The time Joker and Lex Luthor ran into each other at the screening for a new villain documentary because they were both featured in it and they’re both incredibly vain creatures. (And later they have a brain beam accident and switch personalities, it’s a whole thing.)
The Joker #8 - The time Joker used his connections with a crooked entomologist to attack people at a zoo with a swarm of moths with wings laced with Scarecrow’s fear toxin.
The Joker #9 - The time he ran amok in a TV studio disguised as a cowboy.
The Joker #10 - The time they decided to give Joker a lobotomy and he was just kind of like “oh well” but then they were like “oop, we have to shave his head first” and then he finally goes “WAIT, NO”
