I cannot express myself clearly today.

I'm not sure I will be able to put into words, sufficiently enough, what Supernatural has meant to me. Does mean to me.

I do know that the show, the family, the brothers, they will always be with me.

When I see the side of my shin, the inky words and steady cardiac rhythm of carry on will be a memento of not only the show, Kansas' song, and the Winchesters' silent reminder, but also of my second con in Nashville. Where I got to hug Jared for the first time.

I'll forever look at my poppy tattoo with the words tenere sempre in lotta and look to my rendition of the tattoo on canvas that Jared signed and I will forever remember our brief, but memorable encounter.

When I look to my right and see the anti- possession symbol tattooed on my husband's forearm, I'll be reminded that the show means something to him as well.

When I'm toweling off after a much needed shower and I take a peak in the steamed over mirror, I'll see the MOL symbol surrounded by angel wings and be reminded that the grace of a blue eyed angel, and the brothers' legacy will be instilled in me until they have to salt and burn my bones.

The show, these characters, such simple yet complex symbols, even Chuck, well, they'll always have a permanent spot in my heart. My skin may stretch, my skin may shrivel, the ink may fade, but they'll never be forgotten.

Sam and Dean Winchester were are my family and to the actors and their respective characters I'll always be grateful.

Thank you Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, and Misha Collins, for reminding me that dad was on a hunting trip, we were raised from perdition, and that family don't end in blood... and it doesn't start there either.

Season 15, to you I welcome you into my box of memories and to the cast, writers, and fellow creative authors and artists, thank you for opening my eyes and reminding me that when I feel lost, I'll always be home, cruising in the backseat of Baby.
