Why is it so hard to have time for myself.

I barely had time for myself these past two months. So much time and energy spent for loved ones, when in the end theres not much left for myself and my plans. Now that I have the time I can't distinguish if I just want to rest from all the stress or just making excuses for myself.

I've always had troubles just starting something.
