Finally an edible success!

Turns out that to learn to bake gluten free bread, all you have to do is the proper research first, as well as forget everything you knew about baking before it, to start anew.

The texture is still a bit funny compared to regular bread and it didn't rise as much as the recipe promised. BUT it looks like bread and taste like bread non the less! While made completely gluten free!

Finally a victory in my struggles.. Very much needed.
