People pleasing isn't the best for you.
As a people pleaser, I know how to be there for anyone, and I make an effort to make sure I know that all of my friends are doing good, and making sure nothing is wrong. If there is they can talk to me, and that's about anything, because who am I going to tell..... But when it comes to me, I feel as if I don't want to burden anyone with my bullshit. It's not much, but I don't want to carry it, yet I do, and I just bottles up until one day it all comes out. I have maybe one day every 1 or 2 years where I just lose my shit, then I'm fine. So who is there for the people pleaser when we need someone?
