I love arm balances on blocks. But they have to be firm blocks because squishy blocks (or any squishy surface) are risky for wrists and shoulders. Blocks teach me how to strengthen the hands and forearms and really grip the ground to build steadiness and balance in arm balances. They also give me the hand and shoulder strength to hold my kiddo in my arms. But I have zero strength for laundry.
