My current situation: I'm sorry I've been MIA lately. I'm in my post-finals mode and it's been stressful trying to de-stress lol. But some good news, my gym finally opened after a lengthy wait and I'm so happy. I really needed an outlet to destress and continue on the road of being healthy. I was recently hospitalised and got some news that depressed me a bit. The end result was that I need to desperately lose weight and have healthy habits. So far I'm working on it. I am giving myself credit for the work I've done now. But I do have a ways to go. Any encouragement helps and tips please! So far I ditched taking public transportation and instead bike 🚲 everywhere. Also, I've given up pork and beef. Next will be soda and juice but I need a healthy alternative. I'm not giving up ice cream...you'll have to pry that from my cold dead body -_-. But truthfully, I had to make some changes that are definitely for the better. As a future physician, we can't preach healthy lifestyles and not lead one. It's not right.
