Possible RIVAMIKA ending?
I finally made an edit for the RivaMika ending I am hoping for!
It has long been confirmed that Levi loves tea and he hopes to open a teashop one day. It's already a common ending theory for Levi, which unfortunately, did not materialize in the manga. But what if after the time skip, Mikasa comes to town and goes inside a teashop not knowing that it is actually Levi's? Then they will finally have the much awaited and deserved Ackertalk! They will now have an avenue to keep in touch and start over.. and the rest is history xDD
I'm not sure if anyone else had the same idea. But this is how I see that a possible, albeit subtle and open, RivaMika ending could fit into the current story without altering too much and making it too forced.
I also got inspired with this finale from Gun x Sword, wherein the two main characters got separated or rather decided to part ways. Then after a time skip, they meet once again in a café of some sort.
It gave me the same vibes as RivaMika as well since the girl here, Wendy, was also young when she met Van. She was 14-15 and Van was around 28-30 something. Then after the time skip, I think Wendy is already 19 and Van is 33-34.
And please don't get me started with pedophilia, since Wendy is no longer prepubescent.
It is heavily shown that Wendy likes Van, and in return Van gradually reciprocated her feelings. They are canon; but the finale is open ended like this, which leaves viewers open to interpretation.
But the thing is they got back together! And that's the most important thing, and also what I want to happen with my precious RivaMika 💖💖💖
