i 7 + 17; ii 6 +7, iii 7
i.7) favorite book written in the 19th century? War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy
i.17) favorite book that you stayed up too late finishing then couldn’t sleep? Lair of Dreams by Libba Bray
ii.6) what book is the one you’ve read the most times over? The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett by FAR. When I first read it, my family was driving from New York to Washington DC (almost five hours, but six if you count stopping for bathrooms and getting very lost in Delaware), and during that car-ride alone I read and re-read the Secret Garden six times.
ii.7) what book is the worst you’ve ever read by choice? The Hamilton Affair (I forget the author’s name). It was a gift from my Grandfather so I read it to make him happy. It was a weird novelization of the romance of Alexander and Eliza Hamilton, terribly terribly written and gave Hamilton a foot fetish as part of a detailed sex scene for no apparent reason.
iii.7) character who you would NEVER date in real life but find attractive in theory? Prince Andrei from War and Peace (WAY too much baggage), Nikolai Lantsov from the Grisha Trilogy
